• The UVHB is a germicidal full body high bay designed and engineered to safely disinfect large areas. Safeguards prevent UV-C output when the room is occupied. Utilizing the latest in powerful germicidal UV technology, the UHB disinfects fast. DESIGNED FOR LARGE AREAS Full body design allows for 6 and 8 lamp configurations to disinfect large areas. High UV-C output also allows for smaller areas to be disinfected at a rapid pace. UV-C RADIATORS 55W HO germicidal radiators emit 55 watts each of powerful 254nm UV-C output through a quartz enclosure, with a useful life of 9000 hours. CONSTRUCTION Constructed of a heavy gauge steel body. Housing embossed for maximum rigidity. Rounded side flanges for safe handling. FINISH Housing standard with a baked enamel white finish. REFLECTORS Reflector options are manufactured of electro polished aluminum that are specifically engineered to maximize the reflectance of UV light. SAFEGUARDS Occupancy sensor detects motion within disinfection range for immediate shutoff. ADA Compliant audible/visual alerts when the fixture is on. WARNINGS DANGER: Risk Group 3 UV product. Sources emit high-power UV radiation that can cause severe injury to skin and eyes. Avoid eye and skin exposure to unshielded product. Use only in spaces without occupants. The device is not approved and/or certified as a medical device by the FDA or any other regulatory body. As such, the device is not intended for and cannot be used to disinfect the surfaces of medical devices or for any medical purposes.
